SHIPPING & DELIVERY DETAILS

All orders will be shipped using our chosen courier and you will be provided confirmation of despatch via email with your tracking number from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

All orders will be sent tracked and will require a signature upon receipt. If you are unable to receive the order, please contact the courier for an alternative delivery date or collection point.

For UK customers, all orders will be shipped using Royal Mail.

For international customers, all orders will be shipped using a recognised international courier service.

Please make a reference of your tracking number once received, so that you are able to track the status of your order.

For any orders purchased containing any Orchid, Dahlia or Poppy dresses, I aim to send all orders of these out within 1 working day of the order being placed, and you will be notified once it has been dispatched. I am unable to ship orders on weekends and national holidays due to postal service.

For any orders that contain either the Juniper trousers, Ione top, iris top, Daisy skirt, Ren top or Calla trousers, these are handmade to order. Therefore these have a 2-4 week lead time to be made. Once they are made, you will be notified and I will ship them out to you as soon as possible. 

Please ensure that you include the correct delivery address on your order as this will be the address that we ship to. Once an order has been placed, you are unable to change the shipping address.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. If you provide a P.O. Box address, your order will be cancelled.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item, please check the order status on your account. Further to this, please contact hello@viridy.com with your name and order number and I will take a look into this for you.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

To ship to some countries, customs and import duties may be applied by your local customs.

Unfortunately, as all countries have different rules, we are unable to provide an estimate of this potential additional cost. We suggest contacting your local customs office to find out more information as to whether you will be required to pay any duties or import tax.

If you decide not to pay import taxes or customs duties and thus reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

Please note, you will not always be required to pay import tax or duties, however it is important to consider whether this may be the case, to avoid any unexpected additional costs.
