RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Please thoroughly read all of the following information, as upon making a purchase you are agreeable to the below.
We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase from VIRIDY.
All VIRIDY merchandise are quality controlled through each stage of the manufacturing process, and before being dispatched to you so as to ensure that you receive your item(s) in optimum condition.
However, if you are not happy, and you wish to return any items that you have purchased from our site, then you may return any unworn items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that we do not fund the cost of the return’s postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Must be unused, unworn and unwashed
- Must be received in a condition that is the same as the original condition
- Must include an authorised and valid order number
- Must be returned in its original packaging
- Must have all tags attached (including security tag), and tags with no sign of wear
- Must not show any signs of wear; stretched, marked or damaged in any way
- Must not smell of any odours; perfume, deodorant, tan, washing powder
- Must be sent back in one shipment if returning more than one item from the same order
- Must be sent back to the address as outlined in Returns Policy, within 14 days.
Any garments that have been returned after the 14 day period or do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted and we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
If your return is refused, you will be notified via email and will have 14 days to confirm whether you wish for the item to be returned back to you. If this is not confirmed, VIRIDY reserves the right to dispose of the order.
To initiate a return, please click on the ‘Returns Portal’ which can be found at the bottom of our site or visit viridy.myreturnscenter.com.
Follow the instructions on the portal, where you will be asked to provide your order number and email address.

We do not fund the returns postage. Therefore, you will need to cover the cost of this. To ensure that your item reaches us safely, we highly encourage that you use a tracked method, as VIRIDY is not responsible for any lost, undelivered, or stolen parcels.
Once we have received your return at the address above, as outlined in our Returns Policy, your item will undergo an inspection to see whether it is eligible for a refund.
We will notify you of the outcome via email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based upon the conditions in accordance with the Returns Policy above.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
We only offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item.
The item(s) you wish to exchange must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original condition and packaging it was delivered to you (including the security tag).
Whilst you are responsible for covering the cost of the postage to return the item back to us, the postage to deliver the exchanged item to you will be covered by VIRIDY using a tracked courier.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Your item must be returned to the address as provided in the Returns Policy.
As outlined, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the refund will be to the amount of the original purchase of that item(s), excluding the cost of shipping.
We encourage all customers to use a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any lost, undelivered or stolen parcels.
