RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

What is your returns policy?

You are welcome to return your order for a refund or exchange if we have that item in stock within 14 days of purchase.

The item must be unworn, unused and in the condition it was sent to you. It must still have all tags on, including the security tag.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we will issue you a refund for your item on the provision that the garment is returned to us in the condition as outlined in our returns policy, found here.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Once we have established that the garment has been unworn, unused and shows no sign of wear, we will process your refund straight away.

Please allow 3 -5 working days for the money to show in your account.

What is your exchange policy? 

You are also welcome to exchange an item, but you are only able to exchange an item for a different size in that style. 

The item must be unworn, unused and in the condition it was sent to you. 

Whilst you will be required to pay for the returns postage to us, VIRIDY will pay for the postage to send the new garment out to you. 

If we are unable to offer an exchange due to the desired size being out of stock, we will issue you a refund immediately.
